I have been a long time ski movie fanatic and a long time Ski The East fan.  So when I had the chance to trek into the eastern backcountry with Ben Leoni and crew, I couldn’t resist.  Slugging a tripod, lenses, camera through four feet of snow, with food, clothes, and avalanche gear is not an everyday occurrence, but when it’s for the Ski The East it is always worth it.
