In the last four years at Vistaprint, I have worked as a freelancer and then was hired as a part-time staff member on their Broadcast Creative team.   Mostly I work directly with the creative director, coming up with concepts, finding locations, writing shots lists, shooting as second camera, and editing for some of their most recent TV campaigns.
